So apparently today is National Lazy Day! This is a fact I learned from the radio whilst on my way home from work today. I’m not sure if this is actually something that we should be celebrating.
I also heard today that apparently lazy people are also the most intelligent amongst us. This is a fact that I must disagree with. How is it possible to be lazy and intelligent. In my opinion intelligent people tend to have active minds. This being the case they are always thinking about a variety of different things. Myself for example, when I have nothing to do I contstantly find myself thinking about jobs that need to be done, things I need to get for the house, things I can do project wise, different senarios of things that have happened throughout the day, etc.
It is for the reasons above that I find it hard to believe that an intelligent person can be classed as one the laziest people. In my opinion I feel that lazy people are they types of people who have nothing to motivate them in their lives and and no get up and go in them.
